    3. Practice deep sessions on inhalations and exhalations. Feel the air passing through your windpipe as you practice the process.
    4. During exhalation dry to softly utter the sound “ahh ahh” from your mouth.
    5. when you become comfortable with the exhalations & Than to maintain a contraction at the back of your throat on inhalation & feel The air passing.
    6. When You get comfortable & feels Good with this practice, use only the nose for breathing, keeping close your mouth and maintaining a contraction.
    7. In starting you Can continue this Pranayama 5 minutes and increase this time period up to 15 minutes once you become familiar with the setup & enjoying this Pranayama
