- Firstly at the top of your yoga mat with your ankles directly under your inner hip bones.
- Your hands should be alongside your body.
- You Inhale deeply and slowly raise your arms upwards side and then interlock your fingers.
- Raise your heels upward side and you stand on your toes. Your toes should be fanned out a little.
