What are periods or menstruation?
In simple words, we define the Menstruation process.
Menstruation or Periods. Its a period of 2 to 7 days. In this periods girls or woman has her menstrual cycle flow, woman bleeding and clots flow from her body through her vagina. This process repeat regularly each month (28 days) and Blood and tissue build up in uterus to prepare a egg.
