Morning time pranayama is very beneficial to our health from the purity in the morning environment, pure oxygen!
In this way, by doing pranayama in a pure environment, the amount of oxygen in our body is very balanced, so that our health is absolutely right! By doing pranayama in the morning, our whole day passes very well and our mind is also balanced, we can do that work with utmost dedication. While we won’t get deep into the techniques of Pranayama per se here - Chariji (one of the Masters in Heartfulness lineage) once explained beautifully the purpose of Pranayama.

It’s beautiful, I would say, a paradox to look at.  “How can my age be determined by the number of breaths?”  One could guess that a typical speaker is breathing anywhere between 22 to 26 times a minute (or for some it may be going faster). He mentioned that the ideal speed at which one should breathe to live, approximated to about 110 to 120 years (in those days), is to have between 12 to 14 breaths per minute (one cycle being one inhale/exhale).

Now, Describing All  One by One for Better Understanding

1. Bhastrika Pranayama

First of all, sit back comfortably keeping the back and waist straight in any posture!
Make both your hands on the knees as a pose of knowledge!
Now take the breath in deeply and get out!
That is, supplement and purgative!
This pranayama must be done at least 5 minutes per day!
By doing this pranayama daily, the immunity increases. Lung capacity is also increased.

2. Kapalabhati Pranayama

Sit in any comfortable posture! Place both your hands on your knees. While performing the Kapalbhati, the process of exhaling is done by jerking out the breath. And let the process of breathing in automatically happen!
The stomach is taken in during the process of laxative and the stomach is exhaled while doing the process of supplementation.

This Pranayama is related to the way of taking the air outside and inside like a blacksmith!
By doing Kapalabhati Pranayama, diseases related to our brain and stomach are destroyed and our health is completely cured! By doing this pranayama, our digestive system is very strong! Kapalbhati Pranayama is great for facial beauty!

3. Anulom Antonyms Pranayama

Sit in any comfortable posture and place your hands above your knees in the knowledge posture.
Now close the right nostril with the thumb of your right hand and fill the breath with the left nostril and then close the left nostril with the middle and adjacent finger and pull out the breath from the right nostril, then the breath from the right nostril. Take it in and then close the right nostril with the thumb and remove the breath from the left nostril.This is pranayama completed.
Similarly, this pranayama must be done 25 to 40 times per day.
By performing this pranayama, the Sushumna Nadi becomes active and the pranas enter the Sushumna with the Ida and Pingala Nadi, which awakens the seven chakras and kundalini shakti present in the Sushumna and gives Manusya self-realization! For this, this pranayama has to be done at least 500 times per day.
By doing Kapalbhati Pranayama, you get rid of many diseases!


4. Suryabhedi Pranayama

Suryabhedi Pranayama is done only in winter.
Suryabhedi Pranayama brings energy and heat to our bodies. To do this pranayama, sit in a comfortable posture and raise your right hand up and close the left nostril with both the middle fingers and inhale with the right nostril, then close the right nostril with the thumb and remove your fingers. Remove the breath from the left nostril! In this way, it completes one cycle of sun-piercing pranayama.
In this pranayama, breath has to be taken from the right nostril and out of the left nostril.

5. Chandrabhedi Pranayama

This Pranayama is completely opposite to the Suryabhedi Pranayama. Chandrabhedi Pranayama is done in the summer season because by doing this pranayama our body cools down.
To perform Chandrabhedi Pranayam, we inhale the breath from the left nostril and pull out the breath from the right nostril! This pranayama saves us from the problem of summer.

6. Brother Mary Pranayama 

Sit in any comfortable posture, lift your hands up and close your ears with your thumb and place your fingers on the cheeks!
Now draw deep breaths from the nose and pronounce ॐ with your mouth!
Do this pranayama for 5 minutes every day! By doing this pranayama, our mind becomes completely calm and pure! It helps enhance memory.
By doing this pranayama in the morning, our entire body remains healthy and healthy!
