What is meditation |
Traditionally in the western world, the well being of the physical body has received a lot of emphasis in terms of physical exercises and maintaining an active lifestyle.
But over the last few decades, there is increased awareness of the need to bring all these three paradigms together for the overall wellness of a human being – physical exercises. To find a way to regulate the mind and techniques such as Meditation to nourish the Soul.
A holistic approach to life received a big boost with the advent of the International Yoga day (announced in 2015) – where Yoga was announced as one of the techniques to make the wholistic living a reality. The Prime Minister of India has been one of the champions of International Yoga day and since 2015 leaders across the world are standing up and taking notice of the citizens.
The Prime Minister of India has a national slogan ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas’ (meaning Everyone Together, Everyone’s welfare, Everyone’s Trust).
While doing meditation, there should not be any type of disease in our body and our health should be perfectly fine so that our attention can be taken fully and not distracted in any way.

Types of meditation |
How many types of meditation ?
1. Musical Meditation and mindfulness meditation
2. Deep Meditation
3. Kundalini Awakening Meditation
4. Telepathy Meditation
To meditate, First of all, spread a shawl made of wool or malodorous material and sit on it in Sukhasana or Padmasana or such posture in which we do not feel any pain in sitting or we do not have trouble in sitting.
After sitting in a suitable posture, your back and waist and neck and head are all in a straight line, after that close both your eyes. After closing the eyes, take a deep breath from the nose slowly and try to see the breath with your mind. That is to feel the breath, thus slowly take out your health from the nose and do this process at least 10 times, thus our mind will start to settle on our breath. Keep repeating this process until our mind is fixed on our breath.
When our attention is completely fixed on your breath, then do these processes for some time until you feel any kind of problem? The meaning of the problem is that there should be no pain or discomfort in your head and any other part of the body till then you continue this process.
And when you feel something strange, then slowly rubbing your hands between your eyes and opening your eyes while turning on your eyes.
Initially do meditation only for 1 minute or 2 minutes, gradually increase this time and try to connect your mind with your breath with more depth and stability.
When our attention is connected to the breath with perfection.
Then we have to focus this meditation on a particular cycle, and that awakens our cycle, and we get new possibilities, get accurate and basic information about our existence.
By gradually making this meditation more powerful, we get samadhi, we find a way to connect our existence with this universe. And we are able to interview the power of that universe. This increases our physical mental strength, and we reach a new dimension.
So that we are not able to disturb any kind of lust or sorrow, and we are able to create our life with joy, and help all the creatures of the world through our inner soul powers, make their life comfortable. Are, and this is the right duty of life. This is the basic act.
