How to do Ustrasana (Camel Pose)
Ustrasana is an intermediate Posture. before doing Ustrasana or camel pose you should do warm up with Cat-Cow pose, Bhujangasana, Savasana, or Bhadrasana.
Ustrasana or camel pose steps
- First of all sit in vajrasana
- Kneel slowly or knew-hip apart
- Raise your right hand up.
- As you exhale,Place your right palm on your right heel.
- Place your left palm on your left heel.
- as you inhale, push your hips forword.
- While relaxing your head, open your ribcage.
- Maintain the camel pose or ustrasana
- Feel the stretch in your back.
- After the third exhalation come out of the pose in the same way.
